As a leader of the design department it was a passion and necessity to help improve creative processes within a large organisation, which at times had a somewhat distant understanding of process level pain points and improvement opportunities. I worked to ensure time was spent on design solutions rather than process inefficiencies.

Some of the process improvement highlights include the analysis and rebuild of the Dynamic Imaging Process (DIP) for sandwiching product templates with customer created designs and the 3-D image localisation pipeline using 3-D imaging and channel output options to support photography output and efficiently localise imagery across 17 country locations.

Materials swatch for corporate interiors. Part of the comprehensive documentation and recommendations I produced to support architects, contractors and shop fitters in various Vistaprint locations including the Philippines and Czech Republic. Note: size of material sample is related to the level of use, relative importance and visibility of the material.
Part of my initiative presentation to name Vistaprint’s print product itinerary and skews. The products were simply referenced with a number code—the initiative looked to engage the customer with more emotional and memorable names to increase purchase and product recall for returning customers.
I was responsible for the production of all of the 3-D process information/documentation provided for a growing requirement and team of 3-D artists to meet the huge need for product image skews.
